About Us

AllGoodDrivers was created by licensed driving instructors with thousands of hours teaching classroom driver education courses, behind the wheel courses, and traffic violator courses.

Our mission is to make all drivers good drivers through quality education and communication. We hope to see new drivers obtain their driver's licenses with ease, knowledge, and the confidence that it takes to be a safe driver on today's roadways. We also hope to see existing drivers participate in the process of promoting safety, and learning new things, through communication with both new and experienced drivers.

Education is the key to safe and successful driving. While education should begin at a young age, it by no means should end with the passing of the drive test. Good drivers are always learning. We are attempting to create ways for young and old to stay educated and keep learning through a variety of courses, products and website features.

Our experience teaching teens has shown us the importance of the role of the parent/guardian in driver education. They are the teens primary driving educator. Our courses are developed with this in mind. Using course activities and interactive observation time, we involve the parents/guardians in the learning process well before the student ever gets behind the wheel. We also offer products and advice that can help the parents/guardians once they do end up behind the wheel with their students.

Our experience teaching seasoned drivers through traffic violator courses has shown us the value of on going communication with other drivers. Simply discussing important safety topics and new laws with other drivers is the first step to continuing our driving education. Through our forums and blogs, we offer this communication in a way that has never been done before. Whether a parent or teen, truck driver or daily commuter, police officer or senior citizen, you can be discussing issues in a fun and exiting way that allows you to learn and help others at the same time. You might even make some new friends while supporting the cause. Remember, a good driver is always learning.

We are also active in supporting those who cannot support their own driving education. In many states the cost of the mandatory driver education courses for teens are out of reach. Once 18, the courses are no longer required. This leaves many new drivers with no education at all, especially if their parents/guardians don't get involved. Having recognized this we are committed to donating 5% of our profits to a scholarship fund that will provide driving education to those who cannot afford it.

We sincerely hope you find the courses, products and features we offer useful. We have spent much time developing and researching courses and products to present you with a website that we feel can truly help to make a difference. We welcome all your comments and suggestions.

We leave you with this thought. "Driving is a relationship with others. We all have to cooperate and follow the rules so that we can get to where we need to go. In a good relationship, we care about the needs of others. In a bad relationship, we care only about ourselves. Let's try to make driving a good relationship with others so that we can all arrive happily at our destinations."
