6) Please report any noted abuse to admin.

7) We reserve the right to remove posting for any reason, at our sole discretion.

8) If you state a rule of law, please do your best to site it's source/authority. One should make every effort to distinguish between laws, and advice. This is in the best interests of safe driving, and will help to make this site be accurate and a better resource for other users. An authority is a published source of law that can back your claim up - statute, ordinance, court case, newspaper article covering a legal issue, etc. You may post links to the source/authority of the law you are refering to.

9) You must be at least 13 years of age to register and participate in these forums in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

10) You may use our avatars, upload your own, or hot link to an existing avatar. However, this is an educational site. Please do not use inappropriate avatars. We reserve the right to delete your avatar if it is not appropriate to our site. Please report others avatars who you feel are not appropriate for this site.
